Luke and Papa working on a project. The kids had a great time digging and chasing the waves. They didn't seem to mind that it was freezing cold.

We went to Ocean Shores, Washington for a few days this week. The weather was a bit gloomy. The locals told us this wasn't the place to visit if we wanted to see the sun.
Really? That's funny. I wonder where all those beautiful pictures on the hotel's website came from? Oh, well. We did our best to have some fun, anyway. I think the mopeds were the highlight, followed closely by the toasty warm indoor swimming pool.
